Infowars has today printed an interesting and thought provoking article, suggesting that Angelina Jolie’s decision real incentive to undergo a double breast mastectomy was for financial reasons.

Ms Jolie, 37, explained yesterday she had decided to have a double mastectomy following the discoveryshe carried the BRCA1 gene explaining doctors had told her she had an 87% risk of breast cancer and a 50% risk of ovarian cancer.
The actress revealed that she began undergoing treatment in February 2013, but Infowars is questioning her timing to give an interview about the process now, particularly considering the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court judgement on the viability of the BRCA1 patent.
They explain that Myriad Genetics (MYGN) holds the patent on the test that determines the percentage possibility of an individual having cancer, as well as the being a carrier of the genes themselves and argue if the Supreme Court finds in favour of them, then this industry will turn into a “trillion-dollar industry over just the next few years”.
